Shipping & delivery times

At SeniorEase we like to keep things simple and transparent. Below you’ll find everything about processing time, delivery time, tracking, and what you can expect.


Where do we ship from?

We work with reliable fulfillment partners. Orders ship from international hubs (often in Asia) or, where available, from regional stock. Because of this, delivery time can be slightly longer than a purely local shipment.


Delivery time

  • Processing (picking & packing): 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: on average 7–14 business days (depending on season and route)

  • Total delivery time: usually 8–17 business days

Peak periods (Black Friday / Holidays) can add 3–5 extra business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.


Tracking (Track & Trace)

  • You automatically receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

  • The first scans may appear only after 1–5 days – this is normal for international shipments.

  • No update after 5 days? Contact us and we’ll check the shipment for you.


Partial shipments

Ordering multiple items?
They may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. During promotions (such as free shipping), this is automatically reflected.


Change address or cancel an order

  • Email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order is already on its way, we can no longer change the address. We’ll then look for the best solution together.


Customs & tax

Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout.
Because some orders may ship from outside your country, a carrier may in rare cases charge customs or handling fees. If this happens, contact our team first – we’ll help resolve it fairly.


Not at home / pickup point

If the carrier misses you, the package may be re-delivered or sent to a pickup point.
Uncollected shipments are returned to the sender; reshipping may require new shipping costs.


Delayed or possibly lost

  • No movement on tracking for more than 15 business days? Email us your details.

  • Not delivered after 30 calendar days? We will either send a free replacement or refund your order – your choice.


Damaged or wrong item

That should not happen.
Report it within 30 days of delivery with photo/video + order number. We will replace or refund quickly – often without asking you to send the item back.
